Job summary

Hungry Jack's reporting to the Restaurant Manager forms part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT). You will drive restaurant success by living our Guest Obsessed and People Power values in service and production areas, leading a team focused on guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include executing promotions, staff development, merchandising, stock control, and maintaining a safe workplace for all. You will be part of a diverse, inclusive, and community-minded team across Australia.

You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where: Guests are placed at the centre of the business. Teamwork is essential to deliver on our guests’ expectations. Employees are empowered and encouraged to do their best work.

You will also be responsible for:
