Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Brisbane Airport outlet. You will support the Store Manager, lead a team of 8+ part-time and casual sales assistants, plus a stock assistant, and drive store performance across key operational areas.

You will contribute to rostering, stock control and customer experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong systems. A permanent full-time role offers growth and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Several years of team leadership experience within retail.
• Strong operational capability across stock, scheduling and day-to-day store functions.
• Confidence leading larger teams and providing clear direction.
• Experience supporting sales performance and KPI delivery.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Proactive approach and willingness to take initiative.
• Organised and solutions-focused in a busy environment.
• Outlet retail experience highly regarded.
• Fashion, big box or other high-volume retail backgrounds also considered.

About the Role
