You will manage expenses including stock, labour and general items, and work hospitality hours on weekends and nights. Reconcile floats and balance DTS while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualificações

• RSA required for hospitality operations.
• Gaming license or permit experience preferred.
• RP (Responsible Service of Pong) background helpful.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor a team.
• Strong customer service mindset and standards.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Avoca Hotel, Adelaide's Favourite Pub!

The Role:

Mentoring your team by leading from the front

Management of expenses inclusive of stock, labour and general expense items

Ability to work hospitality hours-weekends/nights

Reconciling floats and balancing of DTS

Providing excellent customer service while maintaining the highest of standards

Preferred Qualifications:

RSA, Gaming, RP

Minimum 2 years experience as a Manager in a senior role

Experience in Gaming, TAB & Keno
