Northcott is seeking multiple Assistants in Nursing to join our team at Bungarribee and Guildford on a casual basis. You will deliver personalised, high-quality nursing care using a person-centred approach, assist with personal care, hygiene and daily living tasks, and support customers with complex care needs.

You will work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including overnights, weekends and public holidays. Flexible shifts and location options between Guildford and Bungarribee are available.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in disability/aged care, particularly within group home settings.
• Competency in manual handling, including hoist operation and repositioning.
• PEG feeding and safe swallowing support.
• Epilepsy management and responding to challenging behaviours.
• Bowel care routines, providing support as required.
• Confidence and sensitivity in delivering personal care and grooming.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and ability to drive a 12-seater and wheelchair-accessible van.
