Job summary

Northcott seeks an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) to provide high-quality, person-centred support for participants in Kellyville on a casual basis. The role includes assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks, while promoting dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in disability/aged care, particularly within group home settings.
• Competency in manual handling, including hoist operation and repositioning
• PEG feeding and safe swallowing support.
• Epilepsy management and responding to challenging behaviours.
• Bowel Care, providing support and assistance with bowel care routines, as required.
• Confidence and sensitivity in delivering personal care and grooming.
• A current Australian driver's licence and the ability to drive a 12-seater and wheelchair-accessible van.

About The Role

Join our team at Kellyville on a casual basis. We are looking for multiple dedicated Assistant in Nursing to provide high-quality, person-centred support and care to our participants.

Note: Pay rate will be determined based on the total number of hours worked as an Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
