Mater Private Hospital Brisbane is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant in Nursing (CSSD) to join the team within the Central Sterilising Department (CSSD) on a casual basis. The successful candidate will be required to work on a rotational 24/7 roster which includes night shifts, weekends and public holidays as well as holds or currently enrolled in a Certificate III in Sterilisation.
As the Assistant in Nursing you will perform all operational tasks required to provide efficient and effective sterile service within the Mater Private Health Services. The position reports directly to the Nurse Unit Manager and indirectly to the Nursing Director and Director of Nursing.

Our team of industry professionals work together as a cohesive and collaborative unit, going above and beyond to provide an exceptional level of care and deliver the highest level of clinical standards for the patient and the unit.
Salary range: $35.05 - $38.38 per hour plus casual loading plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
