Job summary

Medigalaxy Australia Pty Ltd is seeking client-focused Assistants in Nursing to support clients in their homes and communities across Australia, including Brisbane and NSW regions. Roles are available as permanent full-time or part-time, with an attractive pay range and strong training programs.

Responsibilities include personal care, medication assistance, light domestic tasks, and helping clients access social activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check must be completed.
• Comprehensive car insurance and a reliable vehicle are required.
• Current First Aid Certificate is mandatory.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed or willing to undertake.

Responsibilities

• Personal care such as showering, dressing and grooming.
• Medication assistance and monitoring client well‑being.
• Domestic assistance including light housework, laundry and meal prep.
• Support for clients using aids; assistance with mobility as needed.
• Facilitate client community access to appointments and activities.

Locations: Brisbane (QLD), North Brisbane (QLD), Central Coast(NSW), Central West(NSW)

Pay range $55,000 - $65,000 pa

Role Overview:

Personal care, such as showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance

Domestic Assistance such as light housework (cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation)

Supporting clients who use personal equipment/aids, this may include walking or standing frames, wheelchairs, and hoists.

Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.

Community access for the client, such as shopping, medical appointments, and any planned social activity.
