Job summary

Northcott is hiring multiple Assistant in Nursing roles for Kellyville on a casual basis to provide high-quality, person-centred support and care to participants.

You will assist with personal care, mobility and daily living tasks, with 24/7 roster coverage. The package includes salary packaging and wellness benefits, with opportunities for learning and career advancement.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in disability/aged care, particularly within group home settings.
• Competency in manual handling, including hoist operation and repositioning
• PEG feeding and safe swallowing support.
• Epilepsy management and responding to challenging behaviours.
• Bowel care routines support as required.
• Confidence and sensitivity in delivering personal care and grooming.
• A current Australian driver's licence and ability to drive a 12-seater wheelchair-accessible van.

Here's what will help you shine in this role:
