Job summary

Darling Downs Health in Dalby is seeking an Assistant in Nursing to deliver hands-on, person-centred care to residents in our aged care facilities. You will work alongside skilled nursing staff to enhance comfort, wellbeing and independence while building meaningful connections.

You’ll contribute daily by supporting residents’ care needs, communicating changes in wellbeing, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in a relevant care qualification, or current nursing studies that meet role requirements.
• Ability to deliver safe, person-centred care under the guidance of qualified nursing professionals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to quality and safety.
• A proactive approach to learning, professional growth and continuous improvement.
