Darling Downs Health is hiring an Assistant in Nursing to support residents with daily care needs, promote comfort and dignity, and work closely with nursing staff to ensure safe, person-centred care. You will observe changes in residents’ wellbeing and communicate them promptly to guide care decisions, while helping maintain a clean and safe environment that enables resident independence.

Competenze

• Certificate III in a relevant care qualification, or current nursing studies that meet role requirements.
• Ability to deliver safe, person-centred care under the guidance of qualified nursing professionals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to quality and safety.
• A proactive approach to learning, professional growth and continuous improvement.
• Experience in aged care and/or additional training in dementia care, infection prevention or safe manual handling.
