Job summary

Mercy Health Cairns is seeking a casual healthcare professional to provide patient-centred care to residents in line with care plans and Mercy Health policies.

You will document care accurately, work with the team to support RCS assessments and classifications, and participate in quality processes to ensure high standards of care across Mercy Health facilities.

About the opportunity

• To provide care to residents in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies and procedures of Mercy Health.
• To provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care.
• To work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information required for RCS assessment and classification.
• Participation in the quality process.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

• A current Police Record Check and NDIS worker clearance
