Job summary

Nike is seeking an Assistant Head Coach – Selling & Service for the Homebush store. You will partner with the Head Coach to keep store functions running smoothly and create an environment where Athletes and Coaches can excel personally and professionally.

Reporting to the Head Coach, you will drive a service culture, develop people, and help the team achieve targets while maintaining a high-energy, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large retail team with stock management, logistics, rostering and coaching.
• Strong strategic, problem-solving and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy retail environment.

• Your experience leading a large team in retail, with experience across stock management, logistics, rostering, development, and coaching

• Your ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Your strong written and verbal communication skills
• Your computer proficiency
