Job summary

Stepz Fitness Riverstone is hiring an energetic Assistant Gym Manager for a brand-new, premium 24/7 facility in Riverstone. This casual role focuses on growing memberships, delivering top member experiences and leading group training sessions.

You will support daily operations with a hands-on, people-first approach, aiming to build a strong community around the club. Ideal candidates have fitness or sales experience, strong communication, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness, sales, customer service or gym operations.
• Certificate III or IV in Fitness is highly regarded.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including some evenings and Saturdays.

• Drive membership sales, lead conversion and retention to support club growth.

Previous gym management or membership sales experience is advantageous, but attitude, initiative and people skills are just as important!
