Job summary

Fresco Marketplace is seeking an experienced, motivated and hands-on Assistant Grocery Department Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong retail experience who enjoys leading a team, taking ownership and contributing to the success of a busy market grocer.

You will assist with daily operations, manage stock ordering and inventory, supervise and train staff, ensure food safety standards, and support the Department Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarket or retail management preferred.
