Melbourne Racing Club seeks an experienced Assistant Functions & Events Manager to lead race day and event operations across Caulfield, Mornington and Sandown venues. You will oversee function and staff coordination, ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences for guests and clients.

This full-time role requires strong event management, stakeholder liaison, and RSA compliance, with opportunities to develop teams and deliver premier hospitality across Victoria's racing calendar.

Competenze

• Strong event management experience coordinating functions and events.
• Proven ability to manage staff and ensure high service standards.
• Knowledge of liquor license laws and RSA compliance.
