As a hospitality leader, you will collaborate with Chefs on menus, coordinate events, supervise staff, manage budgets, maintain hygiene and safety, and drive guest satisfaction through outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary education and wine accreditation.
• RSA certification required.
• Minimum 3 years in a management role.
• Hospitality and guest service focus.
• Willingness to engage with community events.

Responsibilities

• Plan seasonal menus with Chefs.
• Coordinate functions with events team.
• Collaborate with Sales to support Conference Centre.
• Manage daily finances to achieve EBITDA.
• Oversee stock management and reporting.
• Ensure venue hygiene, cleanliness and safety.
• Train and develop F&B Services staff.
• Take reservations and greet guests when needed.
