Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a management role.
• RSA and wine accreditation required.
• Tertiary education in hospitality or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan seasonal menus with Chefs.
• Collaborate with events team for functions.
• Coordinate with Sales to support Conference Centre.
• Manage daily finances to achieve EBITDA.
• Create revenue-generating activities.
• Monitor stock and reporting.
• Ensure venue hygiene, cleanliness and safety.
• Use guest feedback to improve offerings.
• Maintain staff satisfaction and productivity.
• Oversee roster, breaks, and training programs.
• Train F&B staff to enhance guest experience.
• Take reservations when needed.
• Ensure daily checklists are completed.
• Meet financial budgets for revenue and labor.
• Implement quality controls across offerings.
