Responsibilities

• Supervisar aspectos de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente en la entrega de FM y realizar inspecciones de seguridad.
• Gestión de contratistas para reparaciones y mantenimiento rentables.
• Mantener alto nivel de servicio al cliente y fomentar la implicación de los inquilinos.
