Job summary

TFE Hotels is seeking an energetic Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for Vibe Hotel Darling Harbour in Sydney. You’ll support the F&B operation across restaurant, bar, conferencing and events, and demonstrate hands-on leadership during peak service.

Bring a strong background in beverages, cocktails, wine, and staff development, with a proven commitment to guest satisfaction, safety, and cost control. This role is on-site and rostered across evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in F&B operations.
• Strong beverage and bar knowledge including cocktails, wine and spirits.
• Experience managing teams in hotels, restaurants, bars or premium venues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of F&B Attendants, Bartenders, Baristas and Supervisors.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of bar, restaurant and conferencing spaces.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns with confidence.
