This hands-on leadership role requires expertise across Front Office, Housekeeping and Reservations, plus a proven ability to manage budgets, labour and performance targets while fostering a high-performing team culture.

About the Role

As the Rooms Division Manager, you'll be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day leadership of the rooms department while also liaising with the broader hotel team to deliver operational excellence, outstanding guest satisfaction, strong financial performance and an engaged, high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Operations

• Lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance operations.
• Drive exceptional guest experiences and service excellence acro

Commercial & Financial Leadership

• Optimise room inventory, occupancy and revenue performance.
