Job summary

Aspire Early Education in Melbourne is seeking two Assistant Educators to join our warm team at Tarneit Place. These permanent part-time roles involve supporting children's learning and wellbeing across rotating shifts from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm.

We value caring, positive professionals who foster safe, engaging environments and contribute to observations, programming and documentation with a strong EYLF/NQS focus.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Ability to plan, observe and contribute to documentation of children's learning.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences.
• Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing in a safe environment.
• Build warm relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Contribute to observations, programming and documentation of learning.
