Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten – Thornhill Village is seeking two part-time Assistant Educators who are Diploma-qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care to support children aged 2–3. You will work as a floating educator across the centre, collaborating with experienced staff to deliver engaging learning experiences.

The role requires flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm and to contribute to a supportive, inclusive environment for every child.

Join the team at Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten – Thornhill Village! Are you a passionate and reliable Diploma-qualified Educator looking for your next opportunity? We’re looking for two Assistant Educators to join our team at Thornhill Village in a part-time capacity.

This is a great opportunity for an Educator who enjoys working collaboratively, building strong relationships with children and families, and being part of a supportive team.

About the role

As an Assistant Educator, you’ll play an important role in supporting the learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 2–3 years, while also providing support across the centre as a floating Educator.

You’ll work alongside experienced Educators to create engaging learning experiences and help maintain a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for every child.

• Supporting the daily program and learning experiences for children aged 2–3

The hours

This is a Part-Time opportunity, with shifts scheduled between 6:30am and 6:30pm. Flexibility across these hours is required.
