You'll have the autonomy to bring your own ideas to life, follow children's interests, contribute to long-term projects and help shape an environment where children feel capable, curious and deeply connected.

Most importantly, you'll never be expected to do it alone.

You'll be supported by:

  • A passionate Room Lead/ECT who believes in collaboration.
  • Shared programming responsibilities, because quality curriculum is a team effort.
  • Genuine autonomy to contribute ideas and extend children's learning.
  • Ongoing mentoring and coaching from our Director of Pedagogy.

Why We're Different

Many services ask educators to carry the weight of quality on their own.

We don't.

We've invested in specialist leadership so our educators receive the coaching, mentoring and support they deserve.

We've invested in relationships because they matter.

We've invested in educational excellence because children deserve nothing less.

We're not trying to be the biggest childcare provider.

We're focused on being one of the very best.

Every child's dream begins with a little wish - and so does every great career
