Job summary

Great Beginnings Oran Park is seeking an experienced Assistant Educator to join our supportive team. You will nurture and support learning for children aged 0-5 in a bright, engaging environment.

You’ll have an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children’s Services, EYLF/NQS understanding, and a current Working with Children Check with First Aid. We offer flexible hours and Above Award wages, plus growth opportunities across the G8 network.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children’s Services required.
• Strong understanding of EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Proven experience in early childhood with 0–5 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate.

This role is Full-Time working 38 hours per week.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 120children with operating hours from 6am to 6pm.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or DiplomaQualification in Children’s Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate
