Job summary

Headstart Early Learning Centre Oatlands is seeking an Assistant Educator with a Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services to join our caring team. You will support a high-quality learning environment for children aged 0–5 years and collaborate with qualified staff.

This full-time role (38 hours/week) offers above-award wages, Wonder.LAB online PD, staff wellbeing programs, and discounts through G8 Education.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children’s Services
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS
• Experience as Educator in early childhood 0–5 years

Headstart Early Learning Centre Oatlands is offeringan exceptional candidate an Assistant Educator role within our fun-loving, supportive team. You will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.

This role is Full-Time working 38 hours per week.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 56children with operating hours from 7am to 6pm.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or DiplomaQualification in Children’s Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate
