Job summary

VECRA is seeking an experienced leader to join the senior leadership team as Assistant Director, Workforce and Performance. This statewide role leads workforce, performance and operational support for frontline regulatory delivery across Victoria.

The role reports to the Director Regional Operations and requires regular travel to regional offices. Based in East Melbourne/Melbourne CBD, you will work with Regional Managers to plan workforce capability, promote performance, and provide leadership

Qualifications

• Essential: Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
• Essential: A valid Working with Children Check
• Essential: Experience in workforce planning, organisational capability and/or overseeing regulatory operations.
• Desirable: Post Graduate Degree in relevant discipline
