Job summary

Qualifications

• High-level stakeholder engagement and delivery of ICT services in a large organisation.
• Ability to identify stakeholder expectations and deliver clear outcomes.
• Experience researching and presenting business cases beyond BAU practices.
• Independent work with authority to investigate diverse information sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small ICT support team delivering services to Ministers and senior officials.
• Manage resources, set work priorities, and oversee workflows and strategies.
• Develop, implement, and review ICT policies and procedures.
• Plan and adapt to demanding customer requirements and ad-hoc VIP requests.
• Provide detailed technical and operational advice on SLAs and supplier management.
