Job summary

The ACT Government is seeking an Assistant Director, Infrastructure Planning and Modelling within the Strategic Planning, Transport and Policy Branch. Qualifications

• Hold a relevant professional qualification in Engineering, Architecture and Project Management or accreditation with a recognized Australian body.
• Tertiary qualifications in transport planning/civil/traffic engineering and/or related disciplines with a minimum five years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level outputs and analysis on technical traffic/transport modelling approaches and data provision.
• Interpret modelling results to support project and infrastructure planning, development approvals and policy decisions.
• Maintain and translate modelling data into strategic policy, planning and investment advice for government decision-makers.
