Job summary

ACT Government in Canberra is seeking an Assistant Director, Rail Interface Management within Transport Canberra’s Light Rail Operations to lead the rail interface with Canberra Metro and ACT Government agencies. Qualifications

• Experience leading large government transport programs.
• Ability to manage rail interface with ACT Government and contractors.
• Strong briefing and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate interactions between Canberra Metro and ACT Government to ensure product relationship and manage interface issues.
• Oversee compliance inspections of the Light Rail network and report outcomes.
• Analyse operation and maintenance data and prepare executive briefs and other written communications.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
