The role combines strategic leadership with program management across national infrastructure projects, requiring high-level governance, stakeholder engagement and policy delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate EL1 capability and leadership.
• Experience developing and embedding complex public policies and frameworks.
• Proven people management and team leadership.
• Ability to engage and negotiate with senior executives and partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage financials, risk and delivery of nationally significant projects.
• Advise and report on existing and future infrastructure investments.
• Oversee governance meetings and program reviews.
• Foster relationships with state/territory and local governments.
