Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning Centres Pty is seeking an Assistant Director to lead a dedicated team of educators and support the Centre Director in daily operations, program delivery, and high-quality pedagogy.

You will mentor staff, foster a warm, inclusive culture aligned with our commitments, manage rotating shifts, and collaborate with our Learning and Development partners to continuously improve outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or higher.
• Current SA Working with Children's Check.
• Current SA Child Protection Training.
• Current HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate and CPR.
• National Child Safety Training.
• National Police Clearance obtained in the last 6 months.
• PRODA ID.
• Must be available to work rotating shifts from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Director in day-to-day operations and Centre leadership.
• Guide the educator team to deliver high-quality programs and pedagogy.
• Mentor and develop staff in line with best practice.
• Foster a warm, welcoming culture aligned with Green Leaves Commitments.
• Collaborate with Learning, Research and Development Partners across Pedagogy, Inclusion, Wellbeing and Sustainability.
