Job summary

SCT resources invites candidates to join the Energy Efficiency Division as Assistant Directors (Executive Level 1) for 3–6 month ongoing opportunities. The role focuses on implementing grants programs, stakeholder engagement, and contract management across five programs within the branch.

The successful applicants will contribute to program guidelines, data reporting, and strategic planning while supervising staff and building relationships with grant recipients and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with Commonwealth Grants Guidelines and related governance.
• Proven ability to deliver programs, manage stakeholders, and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sub-team to deliver objectives of the listed energy efficiency programs.
• Contribute to effective section management, including supervision and staff development.
• Build and maintain relationships with grant recipients and key stakeholders.
• Develop processes for data collection, analysis, reporting, and ministerial briefs.
