Job summary

Discover My World Early Learning is building a new 74-place service in Crows Nest and seeks an energetic Assistant Director to lead from day one. You will support the Centre Director, recruit and mentor a brand-new team of educators, and help shape a positive, inclusive culture across the centre.

You'll bring a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent, strong NQF/NQS/EYLF knowledge, and be eligible to act as Nominated Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) – ECT qualification highly regarded.
• Leadership experience in long day care (2IC, Room Leader or similar).
• Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS and EYLF V2.0.
• Eligible to be a Nominated Supervisor / Responsible Person.
• Working With Children Check and First Aid/Anaphylaxis/Asthma and Child Protection training.

Help us build something special. Discover My World is a family-owned early learning group opening our newest service in Crows Nest - a 74-place, purpose-built centre beside the new Crows Nest Metro. This is a rare chance to help build a team and a culture from scratch. We're looking for an energetic, organised Assistant Director who's excited to lead alongside our Centre Director from day one.
