Goodstart Woodbury Park on the Central Coast (Mardi) seeks an experienced Assistant Director to lead and inspire the centre team. You will support the Centre Director, drive improvements across operations and build strong partnerships with families and the local community.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent.
• Experience in Assistant Director or centre leadership roles is desirable.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities to develop the team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Director in leading the team to deliver high-quality early learning and care.
• Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team.
• Be responsible for the centre’s overall management in the Centre Director’s absence.
• Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide.
