Green Leaves Early Learning in NSW is seeking an Assistant Director who will build a warm, positive culture aligned with our commitments to team, child safety and learning environments. You will support the Centre Director in day-to-day operations, lead and mentor staff, and guide the delivery of high-quality programs that inspire and nurture young minds.

Qualifications

• Diploma in ECEC or higher required.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Current NSW Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates.
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012).
• National Police Clearance within last 6 months.
• Proda ID and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.

Responsabilités

• Live and lead a warm, positive culture aligned with Green Leaves Commitments.
• Support the Centre Director in day-to-day operations.
• Mentor and develop staff to deliver high-quality programs.
• Guide pedagogy across inclusion, wellbeing and sustainability.
• Collaborate with National Learning, Research and Development Partners.
• Model proactive leadership with strong time management and organisation.
• Work rotating shifts, with early starts (as early as 6:30 am) and late finishes (up to 6:30 pm).
