Goodstart Griffith – Sanders St, NSW is seeking an experienced early learning professional to join as Assistant Director. Use your leadership skills to inspire the centre team and drive continuous improvement in all areas of centre operations.

You will support the Centre Director, mentor staff, build relationships with families, and engage with the local community while upholding Goodstart Practice Guide.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in early learning settings.
• Mentoring team members and building capabilities.
• Ability to manage centre operations in the director's absence.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care.
• Mentor and develop capabilities within the centre team.
• Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence.
• Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide.
