Job summary

anzuk Education is partnering with a well-established early childhood provider near Auburn to appoint an Assistant Director. The role is full-time and involves off-the-floor leadership alongside the Centre Director, with a rotating roster and daily operational coverage.

Qualifications

• Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Experience working within an early childhood setting.
• Understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Current Working With Children Check.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Strong understanding of child safety and safeguarding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Centre Director with daily operations.
• Conducting centre tours and supporting new enrolments.
• Assisting families with CCS and general enquiries.
• Building strong relationships with children and families.
• Supporting and mentoring educators across the service.
• Providing leadership coverage when the Centre Director is away.
• Supporting the ongoing quality and compliance of the centre.
