Job summary

The Grove Academy in Bexley, NSW is seeking an Assistant Director to support daily operations and uphold high standards for children and families. You will work closely with the Centre Director to foster a positive team culture and ensure quality practices across the centre.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) required.
• Experience leading teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Strong organisational and communication skills essential.
• Team-focused, positive attitude and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Centre Director in daily operations and compliance.
• Supporting and mentoring educators to deliver high-quality practices.
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and the community.
