Goodstart Griffith – Sanders St is seeking an Assistant Director to support the Centre Director, lead the team, and drive ongoing improvement in every area of centre operations. Employment Type: Fixed-Term (12 months) Full-Time - 38 hours per week

Pay: $46.76 - $48.39 per hour + Super

As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Estella, you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. In This Role, You Will

• Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care

• Our welcoming centre caters for up to 52 children across our Nursery, Toddler and Preschool rooms
• Open 7:45 am to 5:45 pm
