The Y Queensland is seeking an Assistant Coordinator to join YMCA Grovely Outside School Hours Care on a permanent part-time basis. You’ll support day-to-day operations, lead programming, and help guide a passionate team in delivering safe, fun, and enriching care for children.

You will bring a Diploma in Children’s Services or related qualification (or be studying towards) and demonstrate experience in children’s programming and administration.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children’s Services or related ECEC/Teaching qualification (or studying towards).
• Demonstrated experience in children’s programming and administration.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Blue Card (or willingness to obtain) and First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Familiarity with the National Quality Framework.

We are seeking a capable and motivated Assistant Coordinator to join our team at YMCA Grovely Outside School Hours Care on a permanent part time basis. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Coordinator with day-to-day operations, lead programming, and help guide a passionate team in delivering safe, fun, and enriching care for children.
