Helping Hands Ferny Grove is seeking an inspiring and motivated OSHC Coordinator to join our growing service. This permanent, full-time role will shape culture, drive quality, and make a real difference for children and the team.

The service operates across split shifts with dedicated administrative time to support success. Work hours include morning and afternoon blocks, with school holiday blocks as needed.

Job Description

Helping Hands Ferny Grove is seeking aninspiring and motivatedOSHC Coordinator to join our growing Helping Hands service. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role where you’ll shape culture, drive quality, and make a genuine difference in the lives of children and your team.

This is apermanent, full-time role working across split shifts, Monday to Friday, including8 hours of dedicated non ‑ contact administrative time to support your success.

Service hours include:

• Rise Then Shine: 6:30am – 9:00am
• Stay and Play: 2:30pm – 6:00pm
• School Holidays: Block shifts between 6:30am – 6:00pm

About Ferny Grove

Helping Hands Ferny Grove is a busy, well-established service with daily attendances of 75–120 in ASC, 50–90 in BSC and 60–90 during Vacation Care . The service has access to a fantastic range of facilities, including multiple playgrounds, ovals, a tennis court, library and dedicated OSHC spaces . With an onsite Service Manager , experienced team and strong relationships with the school, families and P&C, Ferny Grove offers a welcoming and supportive community.
