Job summary

YMCA Queensland is seeking a capable Assistant Coordinator for our Grovely Outside School Hours Care service on a permanent part-time basis. You’ll support the Coordinator with day-to-day operations, lead child-led programming and help guide educators to deliver safe, engaging care for children.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children’s Services or related ECEC/Teaching qualification.
• Experience in children’s programming and administration.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid Paid Blue Card or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Commitment to safe and inclusive environment for all children.
• Familiarity with the National Quality Framework.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring
