Great Beginnings Baldivis, part of G8 Education, is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager who will help lead a dedicated team and foster an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0-5. Your role supports educators, coordinates program delivery based on EYLF, and ensures high standards of care within a busy, family‑facing centre.

The successful candidate holds an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services, has knowledge of EYLF and NQS, and brings current WWCC and First Aid

Qualifications

• Must hold ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Experience as an educator in an Early childhood service (0–5 years).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid certificate.
