Job summary

Affinity Education Group's Papilio Early Learning Bathurst is seeking a Qualified Early Childhood Teacher to lead the Kindy room and inspire young learners. You will design, implement and evaluate educational programs, connecting with local primary schools and the community to foster curiosity and growth.

Qualifications

• An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification is required.
• Current teachers’ registration is required (if applicable).
• A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
• A current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylaxis training) or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindy room.
• Design, implement and evaluate educational programs for our children.
• Support the centre to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards.
• Foster connections with local primary school and community.

About the Role
