Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Centre Director (2IC) for our Tingalpa, Brisbane-based 75-place centre.

You will work closely with an experienced Centre Director to support occupancy growth, continuous improvement and day-to-day operations. This hands-on leadership role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher), a valid QLD Working with Children Check, and knowledge of EYLF and NQS.

Formación

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).
• Current Working with Children Check for QLD.
• Knowledge of EYLF, NQS and Child Protection legislation.
• Leadership experience or desire to grow into leadership in the ECEC industry.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Centre Director in day-to-day leadership and operations.
• Be hands-on on the floor, supporting educators and stepping in where needed.
• Contribute to occupancy growth, curriculum planning and reflective practice.
• Build strong partnerships with families and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with the NQF and National Regulations.
• Step into the Centre Director role when required.
