Busy Bees Colac is seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Director to join our 91-place centre on a full-time, permanent basis. You will support the Centre Director, lead educators, ensure NQF compliance, assist with curriculum planning, build strong community relationships, and step into Centre Director when required.

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Victorian WWCC, and a collaborative leadership style are essential to thrive in this role at Busy Bees Colac.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher is required.
• Current Victorian Working with Children Check is required.
• Commitment to child safety and Busy Bees values.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Director with day-to-day leadership and operations.
• Lead, mentor and support educators to deliver high-quality education and care.
• Help maintain compliance with the NQF and National Regulations.
• Support curriculum planning, reflective practice and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with families and the local community.
• Step into the Centre Director role when required.
