Job summary

Busy Bees Global is seeking an Assistant Centre Director (2IC) for our Cameron Park service on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role focuses on supporting the Centre Director, mentoring educators, and building strong relationships with families to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

The successful candidate will lead in leadership capacity when needed, ensure alignment with EYLF and NQS, and contribute to curriculum development while promoting child safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).
• Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card).
• Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and Child Protection legislation.
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into a leadership role within the ECEC industry.

Responsibilities

What you’ll bring
