Job summary

Ettalong Diggers on the Central Coast is seeking an experienced Assistant Catering Manager to support the Catering Department and drive exceptional hospitality across our food and beverage operations. Work closely with the Catering Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team in a busy club environment.

Key duties include rostering, maintaining service standards, handling feedback, and deputising for the Catering Manager during leaves while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership in a hospitality or club environment.
• Experience leading teams in F&B operations.
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to train and motivate teams.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Catering Manager in day-to-day leadership and operation of the Catering Department.
• Lead, coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional service and hospitality.
• Assist with rostering and daily operational planning to meet service standards.
• Monitor presentation, cleanliness and compliance across the Catering Department.
