Job summary

Mosaic on the Gold Coast seeks an Assistant Building Caretaker/Maintenance Officer to maintain luxury residential facilities and grounds. You will work with our Brisbane-based caretaking team to perform routine upkeep, manage contractors, and ensure residents enjoy a well-kept living environment.

The role focuses on green spaces, building services familiarity, and delivering high standards of service to residents, with an emphasis on reliability and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• High level communication skills and the ability to engage with all personalities.
• The ability to delegate tasks and is confident showing leadership.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Basic handyman/maintenance skills.
• The ability to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
• A basic understanding of building services, operations and caretaking agreements is a plus.
• Gardening experience is advantageous.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an Assistant Caretaker to join the team on the Gold Coast. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the facilities of our luxury residential buildings. Our developments feature expansive gardening areas, so having a green thumb would be highly advantageous.

Supported by our operational Caretaking team based at our Brisbane office, your key responsibilities will include:
