Carman's Fine Foods, a 100% Australian-owned foods company with national reach, is seeking an enthusiastic ABM to join the Nutritious Snacks brand team in Melbourne. You’ll report to the Senior Brand Manager and collaborate with the Brand Manager and commercial team to deliver the portfolio plan with pace and precision, taking on broader work as you grow.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across new product launch management, data analysis and campaign execution, building your brand management

Competenze

• 2+ years in brand, marketing or commercial roles.
• Comfortable with data and able to derive insights from it.
• Highly organised and detail-focused.
• Confident collaborating with agencies and internal teams.

Mansioni

• Support NPD, renovation and packaging projects by managing timelines, stage-gates, briefs, artwork and approvals.
• Build understanding of portfolio and category P&L drivers, and contribute analysis that shapes brand decisions.
• Track scan, category, competitor and campaign performance, turning data into insights and recommendations.
• Monitor competitor launches, range changes and emerging trends and bring opportunities to portfolio discussions.
• Coordinate consumer, shopper and retailer media with agencies and perform post-analysis to learn from campaigns.
• Track marketing budgets, forecasts and agency costs, flagging variances early.
• Maintain team trackers and actions to keep projects on schedule.
